Well, the end of our season is already approaching! Can you believe it? This summer flew by, and we’d like to thank all our fantastic guests for coming out and cruising with us this season. Don’t forget….it’s never too early to start thinking about your next yacht party event. We’re already looking forward to next season as we’re getting ready to wrap up this one. Let’s hope for a mild winter (no 5 foot snowfalls) and an early spring!

Summer is here, even if Mother Nature doesn’t quite agree yet! Although the weather is still on the cool side, things sure are heating up here at SunSea. Between weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events, and birthday celebrations, it’s turning out to be one hot summer on the lake!

We’d like to say Happy Mother’s Day to all the Moms, Grandmas, and Great-Grandmas out there! Here at SunSea we’re celebrating the beginning of charter season and are thrilled to be back in the water. We had a fantastic kick off to the 2011 season with 3 wonderful graduation celebrations. Congratulations again to Megan, Chris & friends, and Ankur! The water was calm, the rain held off, and the city was beautiful, as always. We’re looking forward to a summer full of fun outings, good food, and great friends. Memorial Day is just around the corner, and with it comes the twice weekly fireworks at Navy Pier, outdoor summer concerts, and hopefully lots of warm sunny weather. We look forward to seeing you this summer!

It’s prom season, and once again SunSea Yacht Charters is offering a great deal for a post-prom cruise!  Get your friends together and get ready for a fantastic, one-of-a-kind post-prom event that you’ll always remember.  Our post-prom cruises include 2 hours on the lake and Chicago River, unlimited soda, juice, bottled water, and snacks, 2 crew members, and a fantastic stereo system so you can dance the night away!  For groups of 21 or more it’s just $50 per person, $55 per person for groups up to 20 (minimum of 10 guests)!  Call us for more information at 708-482-4709, or to make your reservation today!

Can you believe it?  St. Patrick’s Day is already upon us, and summer is almost here!  Even though the wintery winds are still blowing, spring is slowly but surely starting to show up with the weather slowly getting warmer and the sun beginning to show a bit more often.  The crew here at SunSea is gearing up for another great season and we’ll be back in the harbor in just over a month!   We’re really looking forward to our first outing, and can’t wait for all the other fantastic cruises we’ve got lined up for the season.  We do still have some grate dates available (like the 4th of July fireworks), and we’d love to see you this summer, so give us a call and come cruise with us!

Winter has certainly made itself known in the Chicago area!  With up to 20 inches of snow in some areas, its hard to believe that spring is just around the corner.  Days like this, though, sure make you appreciate those beautiful spring and summer months ahead.  We here at SunSea are definitely looking forward to warmer weather and the start of charter season in Chicago!  Until then, we hope everyone stays warm and safe in this icy weather.  We’ll be back in April and we look forward to seeing you this summer!
