Anything you can think of! In the past, we have hosted corporate luncheons, client thank-yous, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, birthdays, quincenearas, family outings, memorial services, post-proms, bachelor and bachelorette parties, fireworks cruises, and architectural tours. The possibilities are endless!
We are a smoke-free vessel but do allow vapor cigarettes. Vapor smoking is allowed on the front deck only (the bow).
Be sure to wear shoes with soft or non-marking soles. Please no dress shoes or high heels! Heels can be uncomfortable and difficult to walk in out on the open water. We also have a ladder for access to the upper deck and flats/rubber soled shoes are much easier to get around in. If you do want to wear heels or dress shoes on arrival and departure, we recommend carrying a pair of flats or sneakers with you to put on before boarding. Also, keep in mind that it typically feels cooler on the lake, so if the temps are in the 70s or cooler you may want to bring a jacket. It also tends to be breezy on the lake, so short skirts are also not recommended. We do have heated indoor space, but also have outdoor decks as well with some of the best views. Always keep and eye to the weather and make sure to dress accordingly.
If you know you have a tendency toward motion sickness we recommend taking Dramamine or similar motion sickness medication at least 30 minutes prior to boarding. Ginger gum and ginger drops are also a great way to help deal with seasickness. There are also wrist bands available in most pharmacies and drug stores that may help as well.
Children are allowed on board our vessel. It is a requirement however that children under the age of 10 wear a life jacket on all outer decks. Parents are responsible for providing their own life jackets for any children that require them.
