I am writing to share with you what a most wonderful charter experience we had aboard the SunSea this past Saturday night. Everyone with your staff was top shelf; very flexible and willing to roll with the punches especially last minute changes during the set up for our surprise party aboard the boat. The Captain was a fount of knowledge sharing details of the boat, Chicago River, Chicago history and city architecture with anyone who had a question. The rest of the crew was cheerful and attended to every detail, the food was restocked regularly and the beverages were served with a smile. The server and the bartender are real assets to the operation. Please pass along my thanks for a job well done, and helping make Julie’s 40th birthday a memory that will last a lifetime.
